Sample lead time is 7–15 days. Sample fees are refundable against bulk orders.

We hold the following certifications and compliance documents: ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, US FCC compliance, EU CE compliance, EU RoHS compliance, BSCI audit report, Japan PSE compliance, South Korea KC compliance, waterproof compliance, MSDS (for battery transport), and certification for sea freight transport.

Before shipment, we subject every batch of raw materials to incoming inspections, in-process checks, and manual testing.

We accept T/T: 30% deposit, with the balance payable against a copy of the B/L.

After receiving the deposit, standard orders generally take 30–45 days, subject to minor adjustment based on order quantity and craftwork.
